2011/12 Winter Tryout Schedule Tryout Fee: $25.00
Flex Program: Suburban will continue to offer a flex training program for multi-sport athletes and NTC players who cannot commit to the full winter program. If you are a Flex program candidate please make sure you identify your intentions at registration during the first tryout. Based on you level of commitment, the club will offer up to a 50% discount on fall/winter registration fees.
Registration Process
Players are asked to download and complete the above registration form. Registration will take place at the field the first night of tryouts for each division. Please arrive 30 minutes before your tryout start time to register. Each registration form MUST include:
- Registration Fees – There are two payment options. You can pay the fees in full or submit post-dated cheques as outlined on the registration form.
- Tryout Fee – All players trying out for a team will be required to pay a non refundable $25.00 tryout fee due at the first tryout. Players arriving without the fee will not be allowed to tryout until it is paid.
- Jersey Deposit – A $50 post-dated cheque that will be held by the club until the player’s jersey is return at the end of the season.
- Age Identification – the form should include proof of age. This can be a photocopy of the player’s MSI card or birth certificate.
- SNS Waiver- Signed SNS waiver included with the form
Team Selection
The registration form and the above associated payments will be held by the club until players have been selected for all of the Suburban FC teams. Once the teams are established the registrations for the selected players will be processed accordingly. Registration forms and payments for players who are not selected for a team will be destroyed.
