The Registration Process
In order to register a Suburban FC player you must complete the club registration form and sign the SNS waiver include with the form. Each registration form MUST include:

  1. Registration Fees – There are two payment options. You can pay the fees in full or submit post-dated cheques as outlined on the registration form.
  2. Skills and Training Fees – A post-dated cheque for $200 for Skills and Turf fees. This is also outlined on the registration form.
  3. Jersey Deposit – A $50 post-dated cheque that will be held by the club until the player’s jersey is return at the end of the season.
  4. Age Identification – the form should include proof of age. This can be a photocopy of the player’s MSI card or birth certificate.

The registration form and the above associated payments will be held by the club until players have been selected for all of the Suburban FC teams. Once the teams are established the registrations for the selected players will be processed accordingly. Registration forms and payments for players who are not selected for a team will be destroyed or returned to the player. Players not selected for a Suburban FC team will be instructed to register with their community club and attend Tier 2A try outs. Suburban FC will provide the community club with a list of players who did not get selected for Tier 1 teams in order to ensure these players do not get penalized for late registration.
