What is the Skill Centre Program?

The Skill Centre Program is for players who are ready for a higher level of challenge. It provides a more competitive training environment while keeping sessions engaging and age-appropriate. The focus is on helping players continue to grow their technical ability and confidence on the ball.

Players can choose from two training options, both paired with league play beginning in June.

Training Options:

• Option 1: One Training Session per Week + League Match Day
  • Players have 1x training session focused on fun, love of the game & foundational skill development + 1x league ‘match’ day
  • Recommended for: players new to the game, casual players / low committment, those looking for balanced schedules

• Option 2: Two Sessions per Week + League Match Day
  • Players have 1x training session focused on foundational skill development, 1x focused on small-sided games + 1x league ‘match’ day
  • Recommended for: players who wish to play in a more competitive environment & increased committment level throughout the summer months while maintaining a balance with other activities

• Option 3: Three Sessions per Week + League Match Day
  • Players have 1x training session focused on foundational skill development, 1x focused on small-sided games, 1x ‘Jr Academy’ session + 1x league ‘match’ day
  • Recommended for: players that are looking for the highest challenge, requires higher committment level & expectations (for players & parents)
