Hiring: Technical Director

With new leadership, growing national visibility, and a long-term vision for excellence, we are looking to add a Technical Director who brings not only experience, but also an aligned mindset of ambition, creativity, dedication & commitment. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in problem-solving, adapts to evolving challenges, and is motivated by the daily pursuit of improvement & success.

The Technical Director will report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for leading and managing all technical programming at the club. This includes player development, coach education, program structure, evaluation systems, and building a strong football pathway & identity across all age groups.

The successful candidate will work closely with age-group leads, program managers & coaching staff to ensure that Suburban FC’s game model, training curriculums, and overall development pathway reflect the highest of standards and the needs of our membership.
