What Do The Fees Include?

• Facility costs

• Coaches - Lead and assistants

• Registration with governing bodies (Soccer Nova Scotia & Canada Soccer)

• Training Equipment

• Administrative (operations, registration system, processing fees, etc.)

• League Fees (games, facilities, administration, etc.)

• Additional club operational costs

Schedule

Registration opens: August 20th, 2025

Registration closes: Sunday, October 19th, 2025

Tentative Start Week: November 3rd, 2025

Tentative End Week: March 9th, 2026

Sessions will run for 16 weeks *Subject to change due to weather conditions*

Location: BMO Soccer Centre & Various School Gyms in Suburban Region

League Games: Weekends - times/days/locations TBD (games are managed by Soccer Nova Scotia)

Training Days: *specific times & locations will be finalized and updated to teamsnap once registration closes*

• Turf sessions - Thursdays @ BMO Soccer Centre (times TBD)

• Futsal - days/times TBD once school gym contracts received from HRCE

Coaching

This program is led by the Skill Centre Program Managers and assisted by technical trainers, youth coaches and volunteer coaches. All coaches are a part of Suburban FC's Coach Development Program.

• U7/8-U9 Skill Centre players - Full Training Kit 

• U10-U11 Skill Centre players - Training Kit plus Home Game Uniform*

*Those registered in U10/11 and new to the club will require an assigned number - please email reception@suburbanfc.ca if this relates to you!

Schedules are subject to change based on facility availability. If location or time changes, communication will be sent out via TeamSnap.

Parent and Player Requirements

Players and parents must abide by the Policies and Procedures of the club.

What happens if there is bad weather and field/gym closures? 

** Unfortunately due to time constraints, there will be no make-up sessions or pro-rated refunds due to poor weather or field/gym closures. Field/gym closures and extreme weather conditions are beyond our control. We will always strive to ensure that programming is offered when we have access to fields/gyms and it does not jeopardize the safety of our players. Any cancellations will be clearly communicated via TeamSnap.  **
